Hand/Power Jack Operator – 2nd Shift – Fort Smith, AR (Job  ). Shift: 4:55 pm – end of shift. Pay: $16.25 per hour. Requirements: ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Safety‑sensitive position exposed to wet, humid conditions, high places, chemicals, weather, and loud noise.

• Set up and tear down workstations and lines as required.
• Operate lifts/jacks to move and load products.
• Move pallets from the production area to the cooler.
• Load outgoing shipments.
• Fill boxes with ice for packing product for shipment.
• Assist cooler personnel during breaks.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner, keeping pace with machine capacity.

• Attendance incentive: $1 per hour weekly.
• Night shift premium: $1 per hour.
