Production Worker – 2nd Shift – Fort Smith, AR (Job  )

Department: 128 – Production Worker

Shift Time: 4:55 p.m. – End of Shift

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour.

• $1 per hour weekly attendance incentive.
• $1 per hour night shift premium.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department:

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Remove tenders from carcass; sort and grade product.
• Make boxes; bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand for periods of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move 25–40 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, high and precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat, and loud noise.
