Dept. 1502 Production Worker

Shift Time: 4:55 pm - EOS

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

• Set‑up/tear‑down workstation & line as required.
• Remove tenders from carcass.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes.
• Bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes.
• Tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

The team member must stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms and regularly lift and/or move up to 25‑40 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
