Shift: 2nd Shift – Debone Plant (4:55 p.m. – EOS)
Department: 436 – Cone Loader – Heavy Lifter
Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour. Includes weekly attendance incentive ($1), night shift premium ($1), and pay increases at 30‑ and 90‑day intervals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of quality food products by setting up/tear‑down workstation and line as required.
- Properly load front half on high‑speed processing machines so that the front half is processed correctly.
- Arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high‑speed processing machines for proper processing and/or portioning.
- Recognize when the machine is not functioning properly.
- Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products.
- Perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine while maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
- Stand for extended periods, walk, and reach with hands/arms; regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- This is a safety‑sensitive position.
- Work in wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; exposure to fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold; occasionally exposed to high precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat.
- Maintain noise levels that are usually loud.
