Job Summary
Wing Cutter – 1st Shift – Fort Smith, AR. Shift 7:55 a.m. – 4:55 p.m. Pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and tear down workstation and line as required.
- Cut chicken shoulders according to specifications.
- Trim chicken breast, ensuring no bones or cartilage remain.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area.
Physical Requirements
- Must stand, walk, and reach during the shift.
- Regularly lift or move 25–40 pounds.
- Adhere to safety-sensitive procedures and use personal protective equipment.
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive.
- Pay increases at 30‑ and 90‑day milestones.
- 30‑day job shadowing and mentorship program.
- 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and additional insurance.
- 6 paid holidays; vacation and 2 personal days after 90 days.
