Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
Dept: 128 – Production Worker

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing tasks such as set‑up/tear‑down of workstation & line
• Remove tenders from carcass; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes
• Tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner

• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
• $1/hour night shift premium

Production workers must stand for extended periods, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. Must regularly lift and/or move 25–40 pounds. This is a safety‑sensitive position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
