1st Shift – Debone – General Production

Shift Time: 7:55 a.m. – 4:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour.

• $1 per hour weekly attendance incentive.
• Pay increases at 30- and 90‑days.

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Remove tenders from carcass, sort and grade product.
• Make boxes, bag finished product, and pack bagged product into boxes.
• Tape boxes, scale boxed product to required weight, and label boxes according to customer specifications.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Perform duties in a safety‑sensitive environment.

• Stand for extended periods, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work in wet or humid conditions, around mechanical parts, and with fumes or airborne particles.
• Occasional exposure to high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather, and extreme heat.
• Workplace noise is usually loud.
