Shift Time: 4:55 pm – EOS

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing duties as applicable to a specific task or department.
• Set‑up and tear‑down workstation & line as required.
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high‑speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned.
• Recognize when a machine is not functioning properly.
• Visually grade product and cull out unacceptable product.
• Perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25‑40 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; and extreme cold.
