Tender Puller – 1st Shift – Fort Smith, AR

Department: 129 – Tender Puller

Shift Time: 7:55 a.m. – 4:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set‑up/tear‑down workstation and line as required.
• Cut shoulders of chicken according to set specifications.
• Trim breast from chicken according to set specifications, ensuring no bones or cartilage remain.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work area.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25‑40 pounds.

This is a safety‑sensitive position. The employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
