Production Worker - 1st Shift - Fort Smith, AR
Department: 116 - Production Worker - HEAVY LIFTER
Start Time: 7:50 am - 4:50 pm
Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour.

- Set up/tear down workstation and line as required
- Sort and grade product
- Make boxes
- Bag finished product
- Pack bagged product into boxes
- Tape boxes
- Scale boxed product to required weight
- Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
- Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner
Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety‑sensitive position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
