Dept. 142 - Production Worker. Shift Time: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour. This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing duties as applicable.
• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes; bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. Workers must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 POUNDS

Employees are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and extreme cold. Employees are occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
