Full Time - Fort Smith, AR, US

This is the entry-level production category for hourly employees.

• It covers all job tasks associated with the production process that are class 1.
• Examples of class 1 positions are general production employees in departments such as Mega jet, DSI, IF, Cone line and all other processing departments.

• Experience is not required, but is preferred.
• Reliable and dependable; will be at work when scheduled to work.
• Available to work any shift.

• Standing and/or walking during the entire shift.
• Positions involve standing for long periods of time, lifting to 70 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching and grasping.
• Requires considerable reaching, lifting, grasping of product while tumbling the product.
• Work in wet, cold environment (40-45°F); floors are wet.
• Must follow all guidelines related to SSOPs, GMPs, PPES, etc.
• Must follow all rules in line with the company handbook, including attendance, break times, etc.
