• Shift: 1st Shift – Debone Plant – 7:55 am to 4:55 pm
• Dept. 409 – Floor Support – HEAVY LIFTER
• Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour (additional weekly attendance incentive, pay increases at 30 and 90 days, 30‑day job shadowing and mentorship program, referral bonus, and outstanding benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, vision insurance & more)

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.
• Set‑up/tear‑down workstation and line as required.
• Pick up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes and bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes.
• Tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Stand, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms for extended periods.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25–40 pounds.
• Perform tasks in wet, humid, or extreme conditions, with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather, extreme heat, and loud noise.
