Batter​/Breader Operator - 2nd Shift - Fort Smith, AR

Role Overview

Shift Time: 4:00 p.m. – EOS

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Weekly attendance incentive: $1 per hour;
Night shift premium: $1 per hour;
Pay increases at 30‑ and 90‑days; 30‑day job shadowing and mentorship program; 6 paid holidays;
Vacation after 90 days; 2 personal days per year after 90 days.

• Set‑up/tear‑down workstation and line as required.
• Operate a machine, ensuring proper functioning.
• Adjust product flow and check equipment for various products.
• Confirm the correct combination of breader and spices.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and a safe, sanitary work area.
• Notify management of any machine malfunction.

Production workers are required to stand for periods of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
. The position is safety‑sensitive.

Exposure:
Wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, extreme cold or heat, high/unstable locations, toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level is usually loud.
