Dept. 116 – Production Worker – HEAVY LIFTER

Start Time: 7:50 am – 4:50 pm

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour.

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties: set‑up/tear‑down workstation & line as required; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Stand for extended periods, walk, reach with hands and/or arms; regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work in wet and/or humid conditions, around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, extreme cold, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
• Operate in a loud work environment and follow safety‑sensitive procedures.
