Production Supervisor

• Operate and set up production machinery(e.g., auto plasma welder, robotic insulation cell) and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators.
• Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure accurate task execution.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by producing defect-free products, following safety guidelines, and keeping the work area clean.
• Collaborate with team membersto meet production goals, train others, communicate issues, and support departmental functions.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
