This position reports to:
Manufacturing Specialist
The work model for the role is:
Onsite, Fort Smith, AR
Set up and operate machines for band and winding tasks, assemble conduit boxes, use air manipulators and hoists, and follow blueprints and diagrams to meet production goals with quality and efficiency.
Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and special instructions; use tape measures, scales, and perform basic calculations with computers or calculators.
Collaborate with team members, communicate issues, support other functions, cross-train in various roles, and be willing to work overtime or take on additional duties.
Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, report issues, maintain daily housekeeping, and identify and use tools and materials safely and appropriately.
Qualifications for the role:HS Diploma or equivalent required.
6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
