Shift: Further Processing Plant Dept. 153 - Marination Operator – HEAVY LIFTER Shift Time: 5:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. Pay Rate: $16.50per hour Benefits
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive.
- Pay Increases at 30- & 90-Days.

- Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
- Marinates product by performing the following duties
- Dumps totes of product into tanks to be marinated
- Uses a hand or power jack to bring product to marination from the cooler
- Takes out trash and dirty totes and lids. and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
- The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS

This is a safety sensitive position.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
