CRNA​/Anesthesiology​/Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; CRNA - Anesthesiology Position

We are thrilled to offer a fantastic career opportunity for CRNAs to join our anesthesia care team in beautiful Fort Smith, Arkansas. Join our team of 6 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

• Compensation up to $285,000/year W-2 (base and metric)
• Cardiac stipend $20,000 (if qualified)
• Generous sign-on bonus offered
• Additional call pay stipend
• Post 1st call day off
• 7 weeks of PTO
• Practice to the top of your skill set
• Local, dedicated CRNA leadership
• Variety of cases including general, orthopedics, neurology, OB, urology, plastics, and minimal peds (B&B)
• OB skills a plus
• CRNAs do regional blocks and can obtain block training

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Provide post-anesthesia care and follow-up

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program
• Current CRNA certification and state licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
