Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for day shift assignments requiring an active AR or compact RN license and recent OR experience.

• Work in a hospital-based Operating Room
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 17:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the contract
• Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility needs
• Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible with different contract terms
• Subcontractor staff living within 50 miles can only complete 3 consecutive local contracts before a 1-year separation or transfer
• Complete employment files must be submitted and cleared by set deadlines before the assignment start

• Active AR or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Certifications must not be expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SINs not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
