We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN - TELEMETRY to provide exceptional patient care in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess cardiac rhythms and vital signs for telemetry patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shifts.
- Active RN license in Arkansas.
- Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
