Travel Medical ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

• Medical ICU (MICU) unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment, unless documentation is provided showing renewal is scheduled
• Up to 5 days of RTO is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to local contract terms
• Local candidates are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after completing 3 consecutive contracts, a minimum 1-year separation from the facility is required before returning, or the candidate must transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius

• Active AR or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical ICU experience
• A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required (Canadian SINs are not accepted)
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
