Facility: 25-bed NICU (+ overflow beds on pediatric floor) – Level III

Patient Ratios (by acuity):

• 3 feeders
• 2 CPAP
• 1 nitric oxide
• 1 whole body cooling

EMR: EPIC

High census; travelers historically have not floated.

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of Level III or IV NICU experience

High-acuity neonatal care skills:

• High Frequency Ventilation
• Conventional ventilation
• CPAP / NIMV / HFNC
• Nitric oxide
• Whole body cooling
• OG/NG/PO feedings
• UAC / UV
• CICC / PIV lines

Comfortable with:

• Attending high-risk deliveries
• Attending all C-section deliveries

• BLS
• NRP
• HCRR
• JG
• GM
