Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Fort Smith is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitative care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will play a vital role in supporting patients’ recovery journey during night shifts.
Department/Unit SummaryJoin our Rehabilitation team to provide compassionate care to patients, working alongside Registered Nurses (RNs). You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety within a collaborative environment focused on high‑quality patient care.
How You’ll ContributeUtilize your specialized plan‑of‑care interventions and serve as a patient‑care innovator. Shape exceptional patient journeys daily, leveraging skills and technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Applicants must have a current state LPN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS (Advanced Single-Patient Life Support) certification preferred.
