Health Trust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU—Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing position in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

  Possibly to mother‑baby or pediatrics, but unlikely due to high census (last set of travelers were here 6 months ago and never floated)
• Number of Beds: 25 plus overflow beds on the pediatric floor
• Patient Ratios:
  Depends upon patient acuity, usually: 3 feeders, 2 CPAP, 1 nitric, 1 cooling
• Equipment: N/A
• EMR: EPIC

• 2 yrs+ experience working in NICU specialty
• 2 yrs+ experience working in Level 3 or 4 NICU
• 2 yrs+ experience working only in acute‑care setting
• ACTIVE BLS (AHA)
• NRP certification
• Must have skills/experience caring for level 3 NICU infants, including: high‑frequency ventilators, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIMV, HFNC, nitric oxide, whole‑body cooling, OG/NG/PO feedings, UAC, UVC, PICC, PIV, attending high‑risk deliveries, attending all cesarean section deliveries
