A Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown units is needed in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This role involves providing high‑quality care to patients recovering from cardiac surgeries and managing complex cardiac medications and airway support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

- Schedule:
12‑hour shift, minimum 36 hours per week - Required Qualifications:
Current Arkansas Licensure; BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); NIHSS (Neurological Impact Scale); 2+ years of experience in a stepdown or similar unit with experience in Post Cardiovascular Surgeries, titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvo, and recognizing deteriorating patients. - Float:
Float rotation may be required. - Additional Information:
Candidates should be comfortable with rapid turnaround and changing priorities, and possess the ability to identify patient deterioration promptly.
