Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.

Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care for assigned patients.

Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.

Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.

Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of the required course within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ year of RN experience (full-time or part-time). (No contract.)

• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time and part‑time (0.6 and above) RNs with 1+ year of RN experience.
• No call.
• Relocation assistance up to $3,000 per policy.
