Mercy is seeking experienced Emergency Department registered nurses for its GIG Nursing Program in Fort Smith, Arkansas. If you thrive in a fast-paced ED and want the flexibility to choose shifts, this role lets you impact patient care immediately while you self-schedule.
Positions feature a $40/hour base rate with variable shift incentives, are W-2, and require a minimum of one shift every 90 days. Shifts can be 4, 8, or 12 hours, with day and night opportunities and no guaranteed hours.
