Position Overview
As a registered nurse in this role, you will care for a diverse patient population across multiple specialty units, gaining experience with various medical and surgical conditions. You will work in a dedicated "home unit" with opportunities for cross-training across specialties, building a strong clinical foundation, whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced RN seeking variety.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing a wide range of diagnoses from cardiac issues to osteomyelitis.
- Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios, ensuring quality care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure meeting state requirements.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Experience of at least 1 year preferred for sign-on bonus eligibility.
