- Stepdown (Nights) is a nursing role with responsibilities including directing patient care, staffing coordination, and ensuring timely, safe, high-quality care. This position includes a SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience and NO CONTRACT. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and current RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact state.

BLS required within 30 days; additional certifications may be required based on unit (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials).
