We are seeking experienced registered nurses (RNs) to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) as required by the unit
- Providing direct patient care and evaluating treatment outcomes
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and rights
- Adhering to safety and care standards
- Strong communication and clinical skills
