Seeking registered nurses to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Unit Details:- 18 beds in an observation unit
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1
- Varied patient population, including cardiac and osteomyelitis cases
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire
Position offers a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates with at least one year of experience, with no contract requirements.
