Serves as clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the Join our team as a Clinical Coordinator (RN) and help lead daily patient care operations while supporting nursing staff and unit performance.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments.
Support nursing staff with patient care, workflow, and unit activities.
Assist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing training.
Oversee clinical operations and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, productivity, and resource management.
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, staffing, and operational needs.
Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe patient care environment.
Perform direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse experience.
Current BLS and NRP certifications.
BSN preferred.
