Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care utilizing nursing processes
- Evaluate and improve care quality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required or obtained within 90 days)
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred
