Position Overview

Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
- Current LPN license meeting state requirements
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, P.E.A.R.S., S.T.A.B.L.E., or IV Certification may be required based on unit
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
