Seeking experienced registered nurses to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Include- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Assessing and ensuring quality of care provided by team members
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time and part-time RNs with 1+ year experience
- No mandatory call requirements
- Relocation assistance up to $3,000
- Stay Premium Program – up to $8/hour based on service
- Education support with up to $20,000 loan forgiveness for new grads and $2,000 annual tuition reimbursement
