Role Overview

The registered nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness of team members.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights, and safeguarding confidentiality, all aligned with organizational standards and values.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing principles.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Evaluate the quality of care provided by direct care team members.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting state requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
