Mercy is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs for the GIG Nursing Program in Fort Smith. This role offers flexible shifts, a self-scheduling model, and the opportunity to impact patient care immediately. RNs must hold an active RN license in the hiring/compact state and have a minimum of two years' bedside ED experience.
Base pay starts at $40/hour with variable shift incentives. W-2 employee status applies; multiple shift lengths (4/8/12 hours) are available.
