Location: Fort Smith, AR
Shift: Rotating between 3:00 pm – EOS
Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour

• Set up a workstation and ensure all necessary equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Monitor product attributes in accordance with finished‑product specifications.
• Verify that the product meets all in‑plant food‑safety requirements.
• Document and monitor applicable HACCP, GMP, and SSOP regulations.
• Identify and isolate questionable product.
• Obtain finished product laboratory samples.

• $16.75 per hour
• $1 per hour weekly attendance incentive
• $1 per hour night‑shift premium
• Pay increases at 30‑days and 90‑days

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple English instructions and correspondence.
• Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, averages, rounding, and unit conversions.
• Ability to apply common‑sense reasoning to execute written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions and solve standard problems.
• Pass a qualifying quality test.
• 1–3 years of in‑plant quality‑control experience, with knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SSOP in raw‑processing areas.
• Strong communication skills, organizational support, adherence to policies and procedures, and the ability to make sound food‑safety decisions on a daily basis.
