Bachoco USA in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift to help ensure our chicken products meet strict in‑plant specifications. You will set up equipment, monitor product attributes, document HACCP, GMP and SSOP compliance, identify questionable product, collect laboratory samples, and communicate findings to production and quality teams.
The role requires attention to detail, good math skills, and the ability to follow written procedures and safety policies
