On‑Site (5 days)

• Responsible for overall performance of the team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
• Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Regularly communicate goals and plant‑wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
• Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.
• Provide adaptability, coaching, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, leadership, and problem‑solving to succeed from day one.
• Identify production‑related issues and implement process improvements to ensure consistent output quality and adherence to safety regulations; support plant goals such as units per man hour, safety and 5S, TAKT attainment, and cost as measured by overall plant performance.

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills
• Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member
