Reed Lane Quality Control Pay Rate: $ 16.75 per hour Shift

Hours:

QA time is rotated weekly

Monday (Pre Op) 6:00am-EOSWalk Thru (Rotation) 7:00am-4:55pmTuesday-Friday (Saturday if needed) 8:00am-4:55pm

Summary

Performs daily quality testing in the debone facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Performs testing using approved procedures.

Understands HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Creates records in a manner that meets all regulatory requirements.

Reports all important events to Lead and/or Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.

Responsible for any and all directives set forth by Senior Quality Management.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos written in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to solve mathematical equations involving ruler readings, percentages, averages, rounding, and conversion of grams, pounds and ounces
