Description

Sellstate Realty is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Independence (Apex Sports Hub location). This contract position offers a hybrid working mode, providing flexibility while engaging in the dynamic real estate industry. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell properties, while building strong relationships within the community.

In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to guide clients through the real estate process, from property showings to negotiations and closing transactions. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and achieving client satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000 annually, with opportunities for growth in your real estate career.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling properties
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property values
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
  • Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials
  • Guide clients through the negotiation and closing processes
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends
  • Attend open houses and property showings
  • Utilize technology and social media for marketing efforts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; real estate license required
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of local neighborhoods and communities is a plus
