CONCESSION FOOD SERVICE (SEASONAL) role at Chartwells School Dining Services K12

Location:

Lakeside Public Schools - 2837 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Part time; shifts vary based on events schedule. More details upon interview.

Fixed Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

• Sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly following outlined steps of service.
• Interact with customers, resolving complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Perform sales transactions timely, entering sales into the cash register to ensure accurate records.
• Make change, accept acceptable forms of payment, issue receipts. Follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain assigned change funds and cash receipts in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments and general supplies; maintain cleanliness of concession area.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in food service and/or concessions positions preferred.
• Good customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work shifts varied events schedule.
