Oversee bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory preparation, and cleanliness;
Maintain food safety standards and sample displays; ensure proper rotation and signage;
Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, and back stock;
Provide customer service and hospitality aligned with Harps Smiley program; build relationships with customers and team members;
Ensure department compliance with policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment
