Location:

Little Rock, AR (Remote) or Memphis, TN (remote) - you must live in the area and travel to locations throughout AR, TN, and KS.

Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in Sales/Sales Support or recent college graduates focused on growing in sales.
  • Understanding of finance, ability to work with numbers.
  • Desire to learn the business and grow with it.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to get along with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Ability to travel to local stores on a daily basis.

Essential Functions
  • Provide retail support for customers, including retail execution training and maintaining brand image and compliance.
  • Improve PMPS through retail execution and store-level image enhancement.
  • Develop plans to improve retailer store operations.
  • Influence retailers to utilize marketing programs and improve their retail focus and image.
  • Develop brand value through promotions, services, advertising, and execution.
  • Ensure image evaluation scores meet desired standards.
  • Implement branded promotional programs and maintain evaluation scores.
  • Meet deadlines and successfully implement business plans.
  • Ensure facilities operate under current regulatory guidelines and conduct assessments.
  • Manage retail sales promotions and credit card programs accepted by retailers.
