Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home on average; paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday; weekends not required.
2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, following planograms and client‑specific directives, and using mobile apps to complete assignments efficiently.
Required work: independence, meeting deadlines, strong communication and organizational skills, and maintenance of store‑level relationships to ensure top‑quality execution.

- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure functional displays and fixtures.
- Participate in early morning installations and team installations of 2+ people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends, early morning hours, and holidays based on store/client requirements.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives to execute assignments fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to identify improvement opportunities, communicate solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, local and regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and communication across internal teams, clients, and field representatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain transparent, respectful communication.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or improves upon established shared service field KPIs.
- Be open to providing and receiving feedback.
- Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.

- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height.
- Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
