Overview

Restaurant Manager

Position

General Manager

Shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm

Annual Compensation: $82,500 – $90,000

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
  • Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, ensuring unit goals are achieved.
  • Provide an enhanced customer‑centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality.
Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating three‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.

District Manager

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following traits and abilities:

  • Customer focus.
  • Work ethic with a high standard for integrity.
  • Positive approach to training, development, and interaction with all levels of the store team.
  • Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
  • Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
  • Effective communication with leadership team members.
  • Ability to identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance.
  • Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline.
  • Initiate action and achieve goals.
  • Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures.
  • Ability to review, understand, and analyze reporting results.
  • 3–5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit.
  • Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
