JOIN FALCON FARMS AS A PART-TIME FLOWER MERCHANDISER

Various locations within your territory.

$16.50 per hour.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00am - 2:00pm.

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate, attractive, and well presented.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, prepare each store for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift products above shoulder height.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
