Bakery/Deli Department Operations – support department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Replenishment & Inventory Procedures – ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards – proper stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling and zoning procedures;
Fresh Food Preparation & Production – maintain food safety standards and service counters;
Customer Service/Hospitality – deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations
